All it takes is a little care, patience and time.
Squeeze the injection into the bag of grain. Shake well and let grow for 1 week in a dark place.
Disinfect the tin cans, scissors, and work surface with the included wipes.
Cut the rolls in half and open bag with mycelium on the grain.
Place one tin can inside the other, insert the cut rolls between them in a circle, and press them firmly together.
Fill evenly to the top, spraying with water and sprinkling mycelium evenly as you go.
Cover the full can with cling film. Poke a few small holes and cover with micropore tape. Store in a dark, dry spot for 1 week.
Remove the lamp from the mold. Dry in the oven (3 hrs at 80°C) or outdoors for 1 day if 30°C+.
Place it on a firm surface and let it dry in the oven (3 hrs at 80°C) or outdoors for 1 day if 30°C+.
Insert the included bulb into the dried form from the bottom.
